No refund
These folks act like they send u your refund but don't. Then you have to file lost check status which takes 24 to 48 hours then wait ten days before they send the replacement check .
It takes up to ten days on that to be delivered . Then it don't and have to repeat the process . They stealing from people.
I been through lost check status two times fixing to have to do it a third time. I am fixing to get a tax attorney and sue them .

Worst company fake fees uses other company to steal money
I did my taxes with these people got an upfront waited for my IRS payment almost one year. There fees were 800 never told me and they justify it with no liars they think there fake company could keep stealing people monies they took the money out of my check and they act like they did me a favor nope they did not at all. Dont do your taxes with these people horrible

I am a tax preparer
I was due for compliance however, I was out of state due to my aunt sickness. I did not take my business phone with me once getting home I got in touch with them because I received an email to my business account stating that I needed to send in certain documents in order to be in compliance with the bank long story short, I have filed over 200 clients each tax season, great funding ratio and these people will not even respond back to me and I am a prepare with a qualified Ethan Efin heads up, dont enroll with them if youre a tax preparer or a ero
Reason being is they push you to a department that only will email you and they have not gotten back to me to advocate for my clients in over two months. Worst business ever and I will never work with them again.
Preferred solution: A chance to become compliant so I can at least help my clients get their checks and figure out why the bank is sending back their refunds. I want to resolution in an apology. And whoever Doretha is with the compliance team I spoke to her once

They dont help with anything my taxes ready since February 28 2024 and they was supposed to mail out the check and we now in April and aint gotten anything from them and when you call they say the same thing over and over

This company is bs, why do I have to verify who I am to get my refund. If the IRS released my taxes on the 22nd I have to wait an extra 5-10 business days just to get my money from yall I am very angry

Lied about how they process loans
Lied about not doing credit checks said it was based on how much your refund was definitely will not be going with ANYONE who uses their banking
