I have been with this bank since 2018 and have been very loyal to them. I switched over once I got my own system, and they would not allow my clients to follow me.

There is no loyalty to their customers at all. I am very disappointed.

I spoke with a representative who led me astray and provided me with false information. That's not the kind of bank that you would want to trust with your client's information.

I was due for compliance however, I was out of state due to my aunt sickness. Reason being is they push you to a department that only will email you and they have not gotten back to me to advocate for my clients in over two months. Worst business ever and I will never work with them again.

I did my taxes with these people got an upfront waited for my IRS payment almost one year. There fees were 800 never told me and they justify it with no liars they think there fake company could keep stealing people monies they took the money out of my check and they act like they did me a favor nope they did not at all. Dont do your taxes with these people horrible

These folks act like they send u your refund but don't. Then you have to file lost check status which takes 24 to 48 hours then wait ten days before they send the replacement check .

It takes up to ten days on that to be delivered . Then it don't and have to repeat the process . They stealing from people.

I been through lost check status two times fixing to have to do it a third time. I am fixing to get a tax attorney and sue them .

They dont help with anything my taxes ready since February 28 2024 and they was supposed to mail out the check and we now in April and aint gotten anything from them and when you call they say the same thing over and over
